Smithsonian turned two small run down semi detached houses into two, four bedroom semi-detached family homes opposite Blenheim Estate in Bladon.



Smithsonian : St Martins Farmhouse, Bladon. St Martins Farmhouse, Bladon
After extensive consultation with local planners, Smithsonian Ltd obtained permission to build fabulous five-bedroom family home with stunning design features in Bladon conservation area.
 
 


Smithsonian : Smithsonian House, Banbury Road, Kidlington. Smithsonian House, Banbury Road, Kidlington
Smithsonian demolished a 1950s flat roofed building in Kidlington and built six luxury apartments.
 


Smithsonian : Oxford Road, Woodstock. Oxford Road, Woodstock
Smithsonian converted a two bedroom detached cottage in prime Woodstock location and created a bespoke four bedroom detached family house.
 


Smithsonian : The Coach House, Bladon. The Coach House, Bladon
Smithsonian gained planning permission to develop the Coach House in the village’s conservation area into four-bedroom family home with views of Blenheim Estate.
 


Smithsonian : Land adjacent to the Gateway Hotel, Burford. Land adjacent to the Gateway Hotel, Burford
New development of 7 town houses and 2 apartments in the conservation area of the beautiful Cotswolds town of Burford.
 


Smithsonian : Manor Road, Bladon. Manor Road, Bladon
Smithsonian demolished a bungalow and built two four-bedroom detached houses.
 

Winchester Road, Four Marks, Hampshire
Smithsonian gained planning permission for 10 semi-detached houses on prime site in Hampshire.



Hensington Road, Woodstock
Smithsonian bought old Victorian mid-terraced house in Woodstock to convert into two apartments: a one-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom duplex apartment.


The Old Steel Works, Kirtlington
Smithsonian obtained planning permission for five luxury detached houses on previous brownfield site, in line with current government guidelines. Sold site to large local developer to build.


Unit 2, Oakfield Industrial Estate, Eynsham
Smithsonian bought and refurbished an old industrial unit comprising of warehouse and offices, which has now become Smithsonian Ltd HQ.


Elgin House, Freeland
Complete refurbishment and extension of Victorian house, blending contemporary with original features.


Church Mead Cottage, North Leigh
Total restoration and refurbishment of this stone cottage including installing air source heat pump and transforming the layout to maximise space.
